There are two files to get: Main tools (Grants Tools.zip) and Alignment Tools (GrantsAlignmentTools.zip). These are two separate sets of tools and you will have to extract and install them separately. They are PC zip files, but I didn't have any trouble extracting them on Mac OS X.
